TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order with Krishigati, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before placing your order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Your receipt of an electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Krishigati reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in the pricing of our products.

All prices are in Indian Rupees.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery charges will be added to your order total.

We will provide an estimated delivery date, but this date is not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery.

WARRANTY

Krishigati warrants that the products it sells will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or modification of the product. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Krishigati will repair or replace the product at its discretion.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Krishigati will accept returns of products that are in new and unused condition within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Products must be returned in the original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product to Krishigati.

If a product is returned due to a defect covered by the warranty, Krishigati will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer.

Upon receipt of a returned product, Krishigati will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus any applicable restocking fees.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Krishigati will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the sale or use of its products, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, and consequential damages. Krishigati will not be liable for any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, or from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. The foregoing limitations will apply whether the damages arise from the sale or use of the products, from the inability to use the products, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the products. Krishigati will not be liable for any damages resulting from the conduct of any third party using the products, whether online or offline.

GOVERNING LAW

The Terms and the sale of products by Krishigati will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maharashtra, India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to the products or the Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Maharashtra, India.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms, which will remain in full force and effect.

WAIVER

The failure of Krishigati to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Krishigati reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the products after any modification of the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Krishigati and govern the sale of products by Krishigati, superseding any prior agreements between you and Krishigati.
